Showroom Operation
Designers are encouraged to use the showroom and library area to work on projects and to meet with clients.
Fabric and wood samples are available to be signed out of the showroom. A $15 fee per sample may be charged for samples that are not returned. At designer’s request, memo samples can be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note that while most samples are free; a fee will be passed along for manufacturers that charge for samples.
Accessories may be taken out on consignment at the discretion of East End Interiors. A check for the full amount is required. Designer has 2 weeks to return merchandise; otherwise will be invoiced for the full amount.
Credit card authorization form must be on file, in the event accessories are not paid for or returned.

Please include: Manufacturer, item number and description, fabric, finish and quantity desired, along with client name and address.
Freight & Delivery are additional. Quotes are given upon request.
Freight is included for inventory items.

Receiving & Delivery
All items ordered through East End Interiors are received and inspected at no additional costs.
East End Interiors offers white glove delivery service. Please request delivery quote, minimum charges apply.
In the event items are picked up, a release fee of 50% of delivery cost may be charged. East End Interiors is not responsible for wrapping and loading of merchandise being picked-up. Please note that items will not be in original packing material.
East End Interiors is not responsible for items once they leave warehouse.
Storage fees may apply for merchandise in warehouse in excess of 30 days.
Damages & Claims
Note all damages / defects on delivery slip. Do not refuse delivery.
Details of damage must be reported to East End Interiors, including photos, within 24hrs of delivery.

All repairs and replacements will be at the discretion of East End Interiors and respective manufacturer.
In the event that items need to be re-delivered, East End Interiors is not responsible for associated costs.
Disclaimer
East End Interiors is not responsible for the following:
- Furniture layout & style selection (i.e. fabrics, finishes, etc.)
- Merchandise fitting in client space.
- Accessibility to space (i.e. door entrance, hallway, etc.)
- Payment from designer’s client.
Warranty
East End Interiors extends the same warranty as specified by each manufacturer’s warranty policy.
